Nissan Teases Their Zero Emissions EV
Nissan sure does like a tease – they’ve launched a few teaser images of their future Zero-Emissions Electric Vehicle. That baby-blue coloring looks familiar (Toyota Prius?). Aside from that, Nissan’s future EV looks to be bringing a new design over at the Japanese auto maker. These curves don’t look like a Sentra or Maxima. Sources claim the EV will be a mid-size five door hatchback, maybe with a tall roof line. Sounds like a Next-Gen Versa with a hybrid edge.

Nissan’s EV will feature a 24kW lithium-ion battery, which produces 109 horse power and 280Nm of torque. Thanks to regenerative braking, the car is expected to be able to travel about 99.4 miles on a full charge.

Nissan’s Zero-Emission EV will debut in Japan on August 2nd.
