Nissan Electric Vehicle Will Debut Aug 2nd
Nissan is ready to debut their first globally produced all electric vehicle, in the form of the Cube, by August 2nd. According to a recent report, Nissan will unveil a prototype of their new global electric vehicle when the company officially opens their new headquarters in Yokohama, Japan on August 2.

Nissan has utilized their cute, new and fun-to-drive Nissan Cube, as the guinea pig for their electric car. It will be powered by an advanced lithium-ion battery, but no real specs have surfaced yet on the vehicle. Production is scheduled for this winter with 50,000 units. Look for the production model at 2009′s Tokyo Motor Show in October.
