Head-Only Nissan Land Glider Reminds Us of Futurama Celebs
If you’ve ever watched Futurama you’ll know the bit about how celebrity heads are cryogenically sealed so they can continue to perform. Nissan’s latest oddball concept, the Land Glider, reminds us of how the original Star Trek cast and The Beastie Boys get around in the year 3000. The Nissan Land Glider, seen here with the frozen head of Carlos Ghosn at the wheel, leans into corners, sort of like how you’d ride a bicycle. Too bad you can’t keep your body to drive one.
